Turkey Gravy

This 2 minute gravy should be the last thing made before serving dinner, we love to let the turkey rest and while the table is being set have someone start the gravy.


2c drippings from roasted turkey or bone broth

1-2 tbsp tapioca flour


1. In a sauce pan heat up the drippings from the turkey until simmers.

2. Slowly sprinkle in tapioca flour, whisking constantly while you add the flour one TEASPOON at a time.

3. Continue to whisk, as the gravy thickens take off the heat and serve immediately.

Tip: DO NOT make ahead of time, the gravy should be served fresh.
