Turkey Gravy

This 5 minute gravy should be the last thing made before serving dinner. We love to let the turkey rest and while the table is being set, have someone start the gravy.


2c drippings from roasted turkey or bone broth

1-2 tbsp tapioca flour


1. In a saucepan heat up the drippings from the turkey until simmering, if you need extra dripping add in bone broth.

2. Slowly sprinkle in tapioca flour, whisking constantly while you add the flour one TEASPOON at a time.

3. Continue to whisk for 2 minutes, the gravy will thicken as it cools.

Tip: DO NOT make ahead of time, the gravy should be made as the table is being set, serve fresh!!
