Sugar Free Warm Winter Sips

We love delicious, warm drinks in the winter time but more often than not they are packed with sugar! We do not love that aspect...so we crafted our own little drink that tastes sweet but has zero sugar it is and has some protein as well!


Personally, we make a small mason jar of whipped cream on Sunday for a few cups of coffee topped with cream! This takes 5 minutes including the washing of the hand blender.


Ingredients

12 oz coffee

1 scoop collagen

1 oz whipping cream-whipped

1/4 tsp zest of organic orange


Instructions

  1. Brew a strong cup of coffee

  2. Top with whipped cream

  3. Add a 1/4 tsp of zest from the orange.
