Roasted Turkey Breast

2 lb bone-in turkey breast

4 tbsp melted butter

6 cloves garlic-mined

1 tbsp ground pepper

2 tsp rosemary

2 tsp thyme

1 tsp salt


  1. Preheat oven to 325*.

  2. In a microwave safe dish melt butter then add herbs, mix well.

  3. In a casserole dish place turkey bone down, slather the skin with the herbs from the bottom of the dish.

  4. Add one tbsp of butter over the turkey.

  5. Place in oven for 30 minutes, slather with more butter and its own juices.

  6. Continue cooking turkey until the interior is 145, then turn on broiler for 3 minutes or until the skin is to your liking.
