So we couldn't decide which salad jar to make first, so our first jar is a standard ingredient salad with a zesty asian vinaigrette.
1/2 c diced tomato
1/2 c diced cucumber
1/2 c shredded carrots
4 oz cooked ground beef or turkey
2 cups mixed greens
2 oz Asian Vinaigrette
4 oz Jar
In a 24oz mason jar, start by placing the tomatoes at the bottom, followed by cucumber, and then carrots. Add your protein then finish with mixed greens.
In a separate container add your salad dressed so that you can add to the jar when you are ready to enjoy your meal.
