Who doesn't love a good dessert, unfortunately most of them are packed with processed sugars, flours, and god knows what else. This simple dessert can be done with the little ones or even by yourself during dinner prep.
2 tbsp peanut butter
Slice your banana into coins, roughly 1/4 inch thick.
Lay out 50% of the banana coins on to a tray that will fit in your freezer.
Top with a dime size of peanut butter.
Top the peanut butter with another banana slice.
Freeze for 15-20 minutes or until they are slightly solid. You don't want to break your teeth on them but you don't want the peanut butter too soft that it makes a total mess.
Place into a freezer safe container and eat when you start to crave that cookie!
