1/2 c Rolled Oats
1 c Vanilla Unsweetened Nut Milk/Oat Milk
1 scoop Favorite Protein Powder
1 pinch salt
Add all ingredients to a mason jar the night before consumption.
Place in the fridge to sit.
In the morning you can add fresh/unsweetened dried fruit, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes.
You can heat the oats for 1 minute if you want them warm or you can eat them cold!
