Overnight Protein Oats


1/2 c Rolled Oats

1 c Vanilla Unsweetened Nut Milk/Oat Milk

1 scoop Favorite Protein Powder

1 pinch salt


  1. Add all ingredients to a mason jar the night before consumption.

  2. Place in the fridge to sit.

  3. In the morning you can add fresh/unsweetened dried fruit, chopped nuts, or coconut flakes.

  4. You can heat the oats for 1 minute if you want them warm or you can eat them cold!
