Frittata has always been an easy to make and prep breakfast, especially since they are so versatile-this recipe is a favorite of ours!
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 c diced mushrooms
1/4 c minced onions
4 oz ground sausage-pork or turkey
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
3 tbsp oat milk
Preheat oven to 350*F.
Begin by dicing mushrooms and onions.
In a sauté pan, add olive oil and heat on medium.
Add mushrooms, onions, salt, and pepper then sauté until cooked thoroughly.
Add in the ground sausage and cook until done.
Allow mushrooms, onions, and sausage mixture to cool completely.
Add one tablespoon of mushrooms, onions, and sausage to the 4oz jars.
In a separate bowl beat eggs and oat milk together.
Fill each jar 3/4 of the way full.
Place jars in a making pan and fill with one inch of water to create a water bath.
Cook for 40-50 minutes until the center of the frittatas are no longer liquid.
Servings: 6-4oz jars
