The great benefit of our mocktails is that they provide a healthy yet satisfying option for those that are trying to stay away or reduce the alcohol consumption, but still want something refreshing to drink. It’s also a great option to share for get-togethers with friends and family, as well as create something that the kids can enjoy. (We all know they like being included in the adult festivities.)
For those that love the cool refreshing taste of mint, this herb is also great for digestion and will keep you up and focused. That way, you can enjoy your activities of the day, whether its enjoying with family or wanting to relax at the end of a busy day.
1 oz lemon juice
10 mint leaves
4 oz club soda
1 drop liquid stevia
Add mint to bottom of your glass and muddle or crush with the end of a wooden spoon.
Add ice to fill the glass, pour in your lemon juice and stevia, then top off with club soda.
