If you love having a flavorful creamer with your coffee or tea, but you don’t want to deal with the sugars and additives of most brands sold in stores, I’m here to tell you that making your own non-dairy creamer is a breeze! This creamer in particular has that wonderful seasonal fall flavor, and can be combined with other complementary flavors of your choosing (such as ginger and cinnamon spice). Plus, it’s significantly less expensive than a high end brand of organic creamer and you will love it just the same (if not more)!
Meal Prep: This creamer freezes really well, we often make a 16oz then freeze 3 (4oz) parts, it really depends on how much creamer you love in your coffee.
1 can full fat coconut milk
1 tsp pumpkin spice
5 drops liquid stevia
In a sauce pan add one can of full fat coconut milk, make sure you scrape all the delicious coconut solids out of the can.
Bring coconut milk to a simmer and add pumpkin spice and liquid stevia, stir well. Allow creamer to cool.
Then add to a glass mason jar to keep in your fridge for 5-7 days.
Tip: we make a full batch then cut it in half and give one jar to a friend. We trade off every other week for who makes it. If your friends are out of town or you are enjoying some time away, we freeze this in 4oz portions.
