If you love to make rice with your fish or chicken dish, you are going to love this Garlic Herb Cauliflower rice. Cauliflower rice is light, fresh, and goes great paired with a well seasoned protein. And unlike white rice that takes nearly 40 minutes in total to cook and let sit, this dish can be made within ten minutes or less, which means less time spent in the kitchen and more time doing what you love.
16 oz cauliflower rice
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves of garlic minced
½ tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
½ c fresh chopped herbs (parsley, dill, cilantro, basil)
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp red chili flakes
Heat a sauté pan on medium heat, add butter and allow to melt.
Add the minced garlic and then the cauliflower rice. Constantly stirring to cook evenly.
Take the cauliflower rice off the heat, then add salt, pepper, lemon juice, chili flakes and chopped herbs. Toss well and serve!
