Everyone loves pancakes, however most people don’t know you can still enjoy this delicious breakfast even when you’re trying to go grain-free. That’s why we’ve created this tasty Pumpkin Pancake recipe, for those of you who want all the flavor of this comfort food but want to take care of their digestion.
This pumpkin flavor is perfect for the fall weather, especially if you have little ones. We also recommend this for camping and any trips where you only want to bring only a small amount of cooking ingredients. With only three, you won’t need any extra or excessive baking supplies. This means less stress and more time to enjoy with friends and family!
¼ c canned pumpkin (not spiced or sweetened)
¼ tsp pumpkin spice
Mix all ingredients in a bowl until it is a thick consistency.
On an oiled pan, heated to a medium heat add 2 tbsp of pancake batter or desired size of finished pancake.
Cook each pancake until golden brown on each side.
Serve with your favorite pancake toppings (We love a little grass fed butter.)
