Garlic Rosemary Chicken


3 chicken breasts

6 cloves of minced garlic

2 tbsp chopped fresh rosemary

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1/4 c avocado/olive oil

1/4 c champagne vinaigrette


  1. In a mason jar add garlic, rosemary, salt, pepper, oil, and vinegar.

  2. Add chicken breasts to the marinade.

  3. Preheat oven to 375*F.

  4. In a baking sheet place chicken breast and top with marinade.

  5. Cover pan with aluminum foil and bake for 40 minutes covered.
