Blueberry Banana Overnight Oats

Some mornings you don't have time to deal with making a hot breakfast, this is where one of our favorite prepped breakfast recipe comes in. Overnight oats can be prepped a few days in advance and can be easily switched up so that you don't have the same flavor everyday.


We love to make our oats in wide mouth mason jars for easy transport, easy storage, and easy consumption.


Ingredients:

1/2 c rolled oats

3/4 c unsweetened vanilla coconut milk

1/2 tsp vanilla

1 pinch sea salt

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

1/2 c blueberries

1/2 banana-sliced


1. Add oats, milk, vanilla, sea salt, and protein powder to a jar.

2. Shake rapidly to combine all ingredients.

3. Top with blueberries and bananas.


Store in the fridge for up to 4 days. We prefer to prep on Sunday and Wednesday each week, this recipe makes one jar.
