you are like me, you love the sweet-savory taste of chicken tenders during summer. However, most of the brands we grew up with were fried, meaning they didn’t have a great deal of nutritional value. And since I love taking junk food and turning it into health food, I just had to share this easy BBQ chicken tender recipe.
This meal is great for kids and adults alike, but you can also make them for yourself to save for a week’s worth of meals. This recipe also goes great with our sheet pan veggie recipe or our Pre-prepped Sweet Potatoes.
Meal Prep: We pre-slice chicken breast and freeze it for easy to make lunch protein servings.
1 lb sliced chicken breast
2 tbsp BBQ seasoning-Grill n Chill blend
1/4 c BBQ sauce
Preheat oven to 375* or grill
Slice chicken breast into tender size pieces
Coat chicken breast with BBQ seasoning
Bake or grill until cooked all the way through or until interior reaches 160*F.
Once fully cooked, toss with BBQ sauce and store in a container for easy lunches.
