Paleo

These meals contain lean meats, fish rich in omega 3s such as salmon or tuna, along with nuts, seeds, fruits, and vegetables. This type of meal provides the most easily digestible and nutritionally dense food, based on a Paleolithic diet, refraining from agriculturally developed products that might be more difficult  for the body to process such as legumes and dairy.
