After working with and training busy executives, we created programs tailored for hotel rooms, spare living room space, as well as outside at a park. Our goal is to correct form, instill good movement patterns and train your body to handle what your life demands.

MOVE BIG WITH PARKINSON'S DISEASE
Our goal is to help you maintain mobility, functionality, and quality of life through movements scientifically backed to assist with the side effects of Parkinson's. With our Move Big program we will focus on mobility, balance, and strength through functional exercises that can be performed at home with minimal equipment.
Our program is customized to you and your current fitness level, as you grow so does your program. We hold you accountable with 1:1 sessions each month with your certified personal trainer as well as with daily reminders and tracking through your program.
